Apply to be a Camper!

To apply, click on the words "Camper Application" on the left of this page.

We are now accepting camper application for Camp Quest 2012. The cost is $550 for the four nights, and $475 for the 3 night camp.  We are open to 10-15 year old campers.  The camp dates are July 1st-4th, and August 13-17th.

To apply please download the camper application and fill in all of the information.  Then save the file to your computer and email it to us as an attachment.  If you have any problems with the file please call or email for help 503-320-3103 or asdoregon@yahoo.com

To start your application, please read the policy section before you fill out the general application.  The medical form section is not due at the time of your initial application, but is required 1 month prior to the camp start date.

If you are not able to email the application you can mail it to the address on the application.  Please include you campers IEP or other related documents.  You can scan and email them, or send them in the US mail if needed.

There are a limited number of camper slots available.  Applications will be accepted until one month prior to the camp session date or until full.

Apply to be a Counselor!

We will be accepting volunteer counselors starting in February.  We will provide training and support for all who work with our children. Experience in working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred.  We have a limited number of positions available.

Concordia University is offering 1 credit for the volunteer experience.

Portland State University is offering 3 credits for the volunteer experience.

To apply please download the counselor application and mail the completed application and a resume to ASD Oregon.

The application will be available in late February.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available through generous donations.  To apply, click on the words "Financial App." on the left of this page. 

Our financial assistance program is supported by many local donors including: United Health Care, Autism Society of Oregon, Wiscarson Law, and many others.
